Technical Services Manager/Data Processing Manager: Direct daily operations of department, analyze workflow, establish priorities. Develop computer information resources, provide data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Knowledge in ERP packages using SAP, EDI, Workflow, Business Connector, .NET, Business Objects, and People Soft, PeopleTools programs using ASP, DB2, SQL/Oracle, UNIX/NT. Travel within US may be required. Req. M.S. in Comp. Science or Eng. & 1 yr. of exp. or B.S. in Comp. Science or Eng. +5 yrs of exp., or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Systems Analysts: Research, design, develop, test & recommend software requirements for E-commerce database applications. Use Oracle, Java, Perl, XML, Solaris, Web logic, C++ & current web technologies in Windows, Unix, and Linux environments. Travel within US may be required. Need B.S. in Comp. Science or Eng. or related and 2 yrs of exp.
Programmer Analysts: Design and develop Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, ASP, Datawarehouse applications. Use current web technologies, web services, stored procedures and SQL. Work in Unix Environment and Unix Schnell Scripting. Travel within US may be required. Need B.S. in Comp. Science or Eng. or related and 2 yrs of exp.
Systems Analysts :
Analyze computer and business problems of existing and proposed systems as well as initiate and enable specific technologies that will maximize our company’s ability to deliver more efficient and effective technological and computer related solutions to our business clients.
Gather information from users to define the exact nature of system problems and then design a system of computer programs and procedures to resolve these problems.
Develop complete specifications and structure charts that will enable computer users to prepare required programs.
Coordinate tests of the systems, participate in trial runs of new and revised systems and recommend computer equipment changes to obtain more effective operations.
Business Analyst:
Education : Bachelors Degree.

Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
• Grow and maintain a pre-existing business process model.
• Promote and enforce modeling standards and conventions
• Generate routine and bespoke publications from the business process model for various audiences and purposes
• Work with process improvement teams to develop ‘as is’ or ‘to be’ business process flow diagrams
Minimum Experience Level:
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Business analysis
• Business process modeling – enterprise to department level
• Casewise Corporate Modeler usage
Other Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to modeling of information architectures and the Zachman Framework
• Experience in a variety of process modeling methods or syntaxes
• Experience of business improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Visio and other graphical tools
• Knowledge of SQL for querying
